At Star Pine Auto Parts, we ensure that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations. We deal only with 'A' grade OEM parts directly from dealerships across the nation.

Warranty Period

​

We offer a standard 60-day warranty from the day you receive your shipment. This warranty period excludes 7-10 business days for potential shipping delays.

 

Exchange Offers

​

If you receive a damaged part, our team will provide a hassle-free exchange during the warranty period. However, shipping costs and labor are not covered under this warranty.

 

Engine Block

​

Engines are sold as complete assemblies, including manifolds, oil pans, timing belts, and covers. We only guarantee the long block. Components such as manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, and others are not covered. Orders for “Block Only” are guaranteed to be rebuildable but are otherwise excluded from additional coverage.

 

Transmission Assembly

We guarantee that the transmission will shift properly, with good gears and bearings. Proper installation practices, including replacing oil, filters, seals, and gaskets, are required for warranty coverage.

Accessories

​

Accessories like turbos, starters, and alternators are usually not included in the sale of an engine. If purchased separately, they will be covered under warranty. Items considered high-wear parts, such as water pumps and timing chains, are not covered.

Electrical Parts / Transfer Case

​

Electrical items, including engine computers and transmission modules, carry a 60-day warranty. These items have a replacement-only warranty, with one replacement allowed during the warranty period. Electrical parts modified in any way are not eligible for refunds.

Doors & Seals

​

Doors are sold as complete assemblies but are not guaranteed to include accessories like windows or handles. We guarantee the door shell only. Seals in turbos may need replacing during the warranty period and are not guaranteed.

Body Parts

​

Body parts, such as hoods and fenders, are not guaranteed to come with hinges or trim. Specific colors can be requested, but color matching is not guaranteed. We recommend repainting body parts to match your vehicle. Returns due to color mismatch are not accepted.
